∷ In October 1958, former First Ministry of Machinery Industry was approved to establish state-owned No. 770 factory; the second factory is called state-owned Changsha Electron Tube Factory.

∷ In December 1963, our factory assembled 20 pieces of 6Z4 electron tubes, which means the first lot of electron tubes was produced.

∷ In February 1965, a production line with annual capacity of 3.5 million pieces of receiving amplifying tube was built. Our factory changed its name to Shuguang Electron Tube Factory.

∷ In 1971, we produced 4.828 million pieces of electronic tubes and realized the profit of RMB 15.018 million.

∷ In September 1979, our FU-7 electronic tube was appraised as the first position all over the country and FU-5 electron tube was reputed as provincial excellent products.

∷ In October 1980, 6P16P electron tube won the national silver award. Our factory produced 5.679 million pieces of electron tubes in the whole year and general rate of finished products is 90.7%.

∷ From 1984 to 1985, our factory introduced LCD production line, Japanese black-white picture tube production line and electron gun production line.

∷ In September 1988, our factory won one first grade award of Ministry of Electron Industry and two provincial excellence awards in 7092QC activity.

∷ In 1989, Arrange the 71th of the 100 large-scale leading enterprises of china electron indusry.

∷ In 1990, our factory was promoted to “national second-class enterprise”.

∷ In July 1991, 300B electron tube which is reputed as “white horse prince” by foreign customers was trial-produced successfully.

∷ In 1992,Shuguang Golden-Dragon Brand electron tube has won the quality certificate
that signed by the Queen of Britain.

∷ In July 1993, ZKTD630/6-12.5 and ZKTD1250/10-20 switch tubes were trial-produced by our factory.

∷ In 1998, our new EL34 electron tube got the right of exporting to German.

∷ In June 2000, our group company passed ISO9001:2000 quality system authentication.

∷ In August 2000, Shuguang thumb tube production line began the production again.

∷ In 2004, vacuum tube factory gained sales revenue of RMB 20. 58 million and generated profit of RMB 1.78 million.

∷ In 2005, vacuum tube factory is planned to reach revenue of RMB 23 million and strive to set a new historic record for fifteen years. Thumb tube production line is planned to extend production capacity of 520, 000 pieces each year.
